The Residential College Councils
The Residential College Councils (RCCs) are a faction of the Residence Hall Association. They are comprised of elected student leaders who aim to build a better community in the individual colleges by planning large scale events and advocating right at home. Each residential college has their own council that runs through the RHA Executive Board.
